Potato Hybrids Yield And The Differences Between Quality Traits With Environmental Effect

The potato is one of the major food crops, but also a stable nature of industrial raw materials,Therefore, the yield and quality traits has become an important index for evaluation of potato.The potato yield and quality traits are controlled by many genes of quantitative traits,And subject to ecological conditions, soil climatic factors, as well as regional joint function of cultivation management influence.This test has three crosses and it is based on YanShu4as the female parent, Chieftain (table potato)、Genesee and Andover (Chipper) as the male parent.The asexual F2were planted in NeHe and Harbin that the two places have significantly different ecological conditions, and then we evaluated the yield and quality performance. Through the68clones of three combinations and two control varieties DongNong311and KeXin13was used for data analysis,The results showed that:(1)On the agronomic performance, the plant height on the whole1009combination is higher than others,1010combination (YanShu4x chip varieties Genesee)is combined with the1011(YanShu4x chip varieties Andover)Plant height is generally low, the three combinations were suitable at main stem.(2)On the yield performance,the four yield traits in Nehe were better than these in Harbin.1010combination (YanShu4x chip varieties Genesee)has obvious potential yield per plant,on the commercial potato tuber number and marketable tuber percentage also has certain advantages,and the high yield clone is1010-15,Yield per plant of this clone is significantly higher than all of other clones,and in the number of tubers per plant, average tuber weight, marketable tuber percentage has certain potential.(3)On quality traits performance,1011combination(YanShu4x chip varieties Andover)were high in specific gravity;Clone1010--48has asexual high protein content,the protein content is significantly higher than all the other materials.1010-39is the low reducing sugar content clone;1011-90is the high rough measure reducing sugar content clone, the protein content in Harbin is higher than NeHe but lower with reducing sugar content, the potassium content in NeHe was significantly higher than Harbin。(4)Filter out excellent traits clones, some clones with higher yield per plant but less tubers per plant,1010-24.1010-36、1010-32、1009-21、1011-29、1010-39, some clones with higher protein content and less reducing sugar content:1009-36、1009-42, at the same time I filtered out the clone with high potassium content, low reducing sugar content and high protein content:1009-42.
