| In recent years,the rapid development of the potato industry and the changes in people’s diet structure have put forward higher requirements for the demand of potato industry and processed potato breeding,the selection and breeding of potato processed varieties has become an important breeding direction.This test comprehensively evaluated the yield and quality of the breeding progeny materials,screened and identified the materials with good quality.A total of 48 clones with higher scores were selected for comprehensive analysis of agronomic traits,yield traits,nutritional quality,processing traits,and low temperature saccharification resistance,providing basic materials for breeding of quality breeding and processed varieties.The main results are as follows:(1)In the yield and quality traits of potato clones,there are 8 potato clones which have good growth and high yield;They are 23025,23027,23035 and another 5 potato clones;There are 23 clones which have high nutritional quality,such as 23001,23009,and 23013 and another 20 potato clones;There are 8 potato clones such as 23011,23013,23041,and 23087 which can be used for chip processing;7 potato clones such as 23013,23029,23031,et al,are resistant to low-temperature saccharification.(2)The clones 23013,23089 and 23091 with excellent comprehensive traits have high protein content and high starch content,good frying quality;23013 has high resistance to low-temperature saccharification and high utilization value;The clones 23001,23017,23051,23057 have higher protein content,starch content and nutritional value.(3)Correlation analysis of the quality traits of the tested clones shows that there are significant or extremely significant difference between dry matter content and starch content,potassium content,zinc content,protein content and reducing sugar content,potassium content,magnesium content,potassium content and magnesium content;the yield per plant are significantly correlated with the number of potato per plant,commercial potato rate and the average single potato weight.(4)By clustering the different qualities of 20 clones and 4 control varieties with higher yield per plant,24 materials are divided into 4 categories at r=2.41;Cluster group I: lower reducing sugar content,lower content of iron,magnesium and zinc and higher potassium content,23095;Cluster group II: high content of protein,starch,potassium and magnesium,23099,23123,Dongnong 310,Atlantic and other 11 materials;Cluster group III: rich in iron content,11 materials such as 23093,23029,Kexin 13,Dongnong 312,et al;Cluster group IV: rich in calcium and low in reducing sugar content,23025. |
