| In order to adapt the rapid development of camellia oils industry and improve the harvesting efficiency of oil camellia fruit in China, it needs the deeper study of oil camellia fruit picking equipment. Because of the good traits of the tracked vehicles just as the great ground contact area; the little ratio of ground pressure; the good performance of adhesion and climbing ability, meanwhile, the small turning radius, so the Rubber crawler base become the most suitable base plate. Through studying the general character of the tracked vehicles theory, combining with the mechanical design theory, the travel theory of tracked vehicles and the Finite element method, under the major premise of the good traits of the tracked vehicles, the author designed a rubber track system for oil camellia fruit picking equipment which can suitable for the particular working condition of the picking equipment and the road surface condition of the oil camellia plant of South of China. The paper mainly includes the contents as follows:(1) The main performances of the tracked vehicles has been on research. Summarizing the theory of the fixed position of all of the mechanical and electrical equipment of tracked vehicles.(2) Based on the soil physical properties, this paper has studied and analyzed the mobility and another performance index of the rubber track system combined with the traditional tracked vehicles~1designing theory. Calculating the effect of vehicle performance index which is effected by the physical dimension and the centre of gravity position of the vehicle.(3) According to the calculation result of performance index, designing the critical component. In this paper, there is a new rubber track system which have good carrying capacity and good performance of adhesion to ground. The front and back rubber track systems have the same velocity by chain drive systems and drive by hydraulic system. The hydraulic system in this paper can let the chassis have better dynamic performance overland and veering performance. It also can make the vehicle driving easier. Considering the vibration of the oil camellia fruit picker and the ground to the steering vehicle, it designed a flexibility suspension in this chassis which like automotive chassis and add shock absorbers to solves this problem.(4) Using the computer add design software Pro/E to build the3D model of all of the parts of the rubber track system, and assembled them correctly. Building the finite element model of the rubber track system in ANSYS Workbench, setting the constraint and loading the force and momental which was calculated by the previous works. Working out the statics analysis, and make sure all of the parts~1strength and stiffness are safety.(5)Because of the complicated vibration condition of the oil camellia fruit picking equipment, the paper offered the10natural frequency of the main frame and subframe in modal analysis by ANSYS Workbench, and make the assessment. On the basis of the analyses, we could find out that the whole rigidity of main frame structure was fine, and the structure design was reasonable. Frame structure could avoid the resonance frequency effectively. The value of the first three natural frequencies are very small, just show the subframe’s trends of movement in horizontal direction, the frame is not out of shape. The4th to6th natural frequencies~1value are also low, but the Diesel engine idle speed frequency is higher than that. The7th and the above natural frequencies of the subframe are more higher than the Diesel engine and the oil camellia fruit picker, so the subframe will not have a resonance, and it is safety. |
