Abstract/Summary:
The issue comes from the company’s development projects:30to50horsepowertractor front axle design and development. The design of drive axle is based on thedomestic and foreign advanced technology.The bridge’s maximum input torque is300N·m. Because the working condition of tractor is relatively poor, complexity, and the frontaxle is an important component drawing machine, it requires sufficient stiffness, strengthand good dynamic.First, according to the component’s2D part drawings, use the feature-basedparametric design of UG software to create the3D model, and assemble it to form theassembly of the front axle housing. Then use the powerful geometric Interface of ANSYSWorkbench to connect the geometric model and put it into the environment of finiteelement analysis, mesh it, add the appropriate constraints and load, solve the problem ofstatic and dynamic performance, get the final analysis results at last, according to theweak parts, improve and optimize the front axle housing.After the finite element analysis of3D modeling of front axle housing, I get a betterunderstanding of the UG software and ANSYS Workbench software, master theappropriate skills. Summarize the experience of the analysis the company can get the CAEtechnology and some new concept in the design of product.
