Anthurium (Anthurium andraeanum) is a perennial semi-epiphytic plants with bright spathe. It is the famous ornamental flowers in the world, and loved by consumers all over the world. Anthurium planted in the greenhouses in northern china, but it is costly.Hainan island has suitable environment and it’s plenty of rain, only open-air cultivation could planted anthurium. Anthurium’s production in hainan has been developed for many years. But cultivation technology are’t very mature and the product quality should be improved. The judgment of nutritional status in products is mainly estimated by experience, but not by the technical method. This study took potted flower cultivar ’dakota’ and cut flower cultivar ’tropical’ as the research object. Selected the most suitable nutrient solution formula and concentration in the soilless cultivation of anthurium, as the basal liquid for diagnosing the standard value of macroelement’s nutrition. Through the studies on the distribution of elements content and the proportion of elements in different parts, to determine the sampling sites of nutritional diagnosis. Through the studies of different concentration gradient of n, p, k, Ca processing, to determine the macroelement nutrition diagnosis standard value, reference value, and the element balance index. We hope the research could provide a practical nutritional diagnosis technology fot the development of the anthurium’s production in hainan. The findings are as following:1. Different nutrient solution formulations and concentrations on the growth of anthurium had different influence. Through comparative analysis of morphological and physiological characteristics, considering that treatment8(formula C concentrations1fold) could promote the growth of anthurium better, for nutrient diagnosis standard value determination of basal nutrient solution. The optimal nutrient solution for cut and potted anthurium in Hainan are treatment9(formula C concentrations1.3fold) and the treatment8, respectively,2. Comprehensive analysis of nutrient elements in different parts of relative ratio (part content/whole plant content content) significant differences with N, P, K, Ca proportional similarity, showed the nutrition diagnosis sampling position, conversion coefficient of whole plant content was:one year and two years ’Dakota’ new leaves (N1.44, P1.28, K1.28, Ca0.81), one year and two years’Tropical’recently mature leaves (N1.65, P0.75, K0.72, Ca1.05).3. For different types of (age, breed) comparative analysis of nutrient elements content stability in different parts of the anthurium plants, which presented for single nutrient elements between different age or cultivars of anthurium comparison of sampling sites and the universal coefficient. N: new petioles (0.79±0.01); P:recently mature leaves (0.70±0.06); K: recently mature petioles (1.37±0.01); Ca: old leaves (0.91±0.01)4. Through the single element concentration gradient cultivation, the ’Dakota’ and ’Tropical’ nutrition diagnosis standard value range and deficiency, excess value were determined. Diagnosis standard value were:two years ’Dakota’:N (125.2-159.8), P (5.54-5.87),K (25.01-31.91), Ca (1.47-2.13); one year ’Dakota’:N (75.01-114.52), P (2.35-2.63),K (32.34-39.49), Ca(1.46-1.87); two years ’Tropical’:N (95-115.76), P(3.07-3.57), K(28.09-31.22), Ca(1.99-3.49); one year ’Tropical’:N (109.22-144.54), P (2.16-2.27),K (20.82-23.01), Ca (1.49-1.89)。...
