With the leaves of Anthurium andraeanum as explants, a study on Plantlets Regeneration has been made. We studied the effect of several factors on the tissue culture , including explanting disinfection,callus induction, adventitious bud induction and rooting. Besides, the effect of illumination condition and sugar concentration on plant growth was studied and a system of tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Anthurium andraeanum, which can provide technical support for industrial production, was established. Specific results are as follows:1.Explanting disinfection of Anthurium andraeanum. The study on the best disinfection method of leaves was made, and the result showed that early unfold leaves were disinfected with 0.1%HgCl2 for 6min~ 8 minutes, and then good effect can be obtained and rate of contamination was 2%.2.Callus induction of Anthurium andraeanum.Using leaves as explants, the effect of different hormones and proportion of different hormones and sugar treatments on callus induction was conducted, and the result showed that optimum culture medium was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L. Early unfold leaves were cultured with strength of illumination for 1000Lx light and 3% sugar in the medium , the highest rate of callus induction was 76.8%.Furthermore, the callus grew well.3.Induction of adventitious bud of Anthurium andraeanum.The study on the effect of different hormones and proportion of different hormones and strength of illumination on the induction of adventitious buds was made. The result showed that the effect of induction of adventitious buds was the best in the medium which was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L with strength of illumination for 1500Lx ~2000Lx light, that the induction rate of adventitious buds reached 100% and that the average of induced buds was 6.5.4.Induction of roots of tissue culture seedlings.Induction of roots of tissue culture seedlings.The study on the effect of different hormone, medium and carbon sources on the adventitious buds root. The results of research showed that NAA could make the adventitious buds root earlier, and IBA could make roots of adventitious grow longer. Half of he amount of the total elements in MS helps to root,In the experiment of different carbon sources and different sugar concentrations, the result showed that optimum carbon source was white sugar, the suitable concentration was 20g/L. Adding acticarbon to medium helped to increase the amount of roots.
