| Walnut(Juglans regia L) is one of the main nut trees in the world, its seeds can be used as nuts to eat, also can be used as raw material for squeezing oil. Walnut major cultivar in Wushi Country is J. regia ?Xinwen 185?, which is Xinjing native cultivar cultivated by the forestry scientists in local. But long-term unscientific fertilization management leads to low yields, poor quality and low benefit of walnut producing. Therefore, in this study, J. regia ?Xinwen185? in prosperous fruit stage was taken as research object, under the conditions of general production management, using outdoor leaves sample collection combined with indoor chemical analysis, integrated field sampling and chemical analysis of laboratory experiments, clarified sample-collected time and diagnosis elements, established leaf nutrition diagnostic index system of J. regia ?Xinwen185? and tested the diagnosis criteria by DRIS. The main results are as follows:According to the correlation betweent the contents of leaf nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), potassium(K), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), inron(Fe), managanese(Mn) in five birth period stage(fruit fast-growing phase, hardcore, fat period, nearly mature) and its yield, determine leaf nutrition diagnosis analysis acquisition time was fruit fast-growing phase time. Diagnostic elements were N, P, K, Ca, Mn, Cu, Zn, excluding Mg, Fe.DRIS leaf nutrition diagnosis of J.regia ?Xinwen185? walnut index were P, Cu concentration and N/Mn, P/N, P/K, P/Ca, P/Cu, P/Zn, K/N, K/Cu, Ca/Cu, Mn/Cu, Mn/P, Cu/N and Zn/Cu. The total included 15 diagnostic indicators. The optimal ranges of nutrition concentrations of J.regia ’Xinwen185’ were N(32.40~39.14) g/kg, P(1.50~2.70) g/k, K(10.93~12.39) g/k, Ca(8.66~10.38) g/k, Cu(15.88~22.98) mg/kg, Zn(38.60~46.02) mg/kg, Mn(175.45~233.75) mg/kg.Relatively P element supply of walnut orchards was insufficient in Wushi Country, N, K, Ca elements supply was sufficient, Cu, Zn, Mn elements supply showed a certain degree of volatility, but relative balance. DRIS method is suitable for the establishment of a diagnostic indicator system within a certain region. |
