In the hybrid systemconfiguration, selection of certain circumstances, the performance of the hybrid tractorcontrol strategy mainly by the decision of the hybrid system, and energy managementcontrol strategy is focused on control strategies. In accordance with the driver anddriving condition, the energy management control strategy distribute the torque thattractor required reasonably, to get the good fuel consumption and emissions. Controlstrategy making need to take the reliability of the components, battery life, the costand other important factors into account and hybrid tractor units has many parametersthat existing coupling, which bring some degree of difficulty to develop their controlstrategy. So studying hybrid electric tractor energy management strategy has importanttheoretical and practical valueOn the basis of stress analysis of the tractor, this dissertation introducedimportantly vehicle-specific simulation software ADVISOR2003, On this basis, depthresearch and study the parallel hybrid electric control strategy tractor and developed aparallel hybrid tractor fuzzy control strategy, the tractor reasonable overall demandtorque assigned to the engine and the motor, get the engine working in the best fueleconomy of the region to get a good economy and emissions targets. On theMatlab/simulink platform establish control strategy simulation model and import themodel to the ADVISOR2003. In the transport conditions, compare fuzzy logic controlstrategy with electric-assisted control strategies in the tractor fuel and change of the SOC and engine operating points for the fuzzy control strategy and superiority,meanwhile reflects the fuzzy control strategy has good robustness of fuzzy controlapplications in hybrid electric tractor in real tractor provides a theoretical foundation. |
