There was resource of lots of sheep manure in the Qinghai pasturing area, but itsuse ratio was lower and had serious waste, which polluted the environment on acertain extent. Fertilization was one of the main management measures for plantingPoa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai grassland in the earlier and later stage. Researching thechange of Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai productivity under treatment of sheep manurehad important significance on increasing grassland productivity and protectingenvironment. The research about phosham, undecomposed sheep manure anddecomposed sheep manure of level of different fertilization was carried out in theYangtze and Yellow River Headwater Region Dawu Area in2012. According tocomplete block and sequence rank of plot arranging field trial, the survey were cariedout in two growing seasons from2012to2013, the effect of different fertilizationtreatments on growth characteristic of herbage, productivity, as well as soil fertilitywas studied for Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai. The main results were as follows:1. Height, coverage and density of Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai cultivatedgrassland was respectively69.5cm、80.7%and6190branch·m-2in decomposedsheep manure of15000kg·hm-2for, its yield-increasing effect was up to the resultsof phosham treatment(P>0.05). This indicted that using fertilizing amount ofdecomposed sheep manure of15000kg·hm-2was feasible, as people builded Poapratensis L.cv.Qinghai cultivated grassland.2. Phosham and decomposed sheep manure had obvious improvement onproductivity of Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai grassland. The productivity of Poapratensis L.cv.Qinghai grassland presented a low-high-low change trend withincreasing of dosages of decomposed sheep manure. When the dosage of decomposedsheep manure was15000kg·hm-2, production of herbage and seed yield were highest, and were respectively651.31g·m-2and48.10g·m-2.3. There was no effect of fertilization on soil moisture content of surface layer.Decomposed sheep manure of15000kg·hm-2reduced soil bulk density and compaction. Organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus andavailable phosphorus in the soil were growing along with increasing of the dosage ofdecomposed sheep manure.4. As a whole, as the extension of growing season for herbage, soil respirationpresented a declining curve. Decomposed sheep manure of15000kg·hm-2promotedsoil respiration in different period, but the phosham respectively reduced soilrespiration in flowering stage, had no effect on soil respiration in maturation stage, and improved soil respiration in yellow stage.5. While planting Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai cultivated grassland in theYangtze and Yellow River Headwater Region, decomposed sheep manure of15000kg·hm-2could attain the remarkably increasing-yield goal of herbage and seed.
