| This study used JiLin white geese as experimental object, using tissue section HE dyeing,Sacpic staining, immunohistochemistry and foluorescence quantitative PCR to research gooseback fair follicles occurrence and laws of growthing cycle in cold season, in order to providetheoretical reference basis for further explore about affecting hair follicles and regulatorymechanism of development and growth cycle. The results are as follows:(1). Changes in goose hair follicle morphogenesis phase: According to the changes ofprimary hair follicles in the occurrence and development process, this process can be dividedinto eight stages, respectively is: mockey plate formation stage; feather bud formation stage;short bud stage; long bud stage; follicular cavity formation stage; cavity structure formationstage; badminton mature stage and accessory structure formation stage.goose back primaryfollicles occurrence began at E11(the11day in embryonic period), the primary folliclesoriginal structure basic development was completed at E24, the sebaceous glands and otheradjacent structures formed at late embryonic period. The occurrence of secondary follicleprocess is similar to primary follicles,but a little slower than primary follicles and continue todevelop in anaphase.(2). Changes of goose primary hair follicle growth cycle: goose back primary hair folliclesonly experienced a complete growth cycle from the beginning of embryonic period to the late125days. Its growth period was from E11to D71(postnatal71), regression period was from D71to D84, resting period was from D84to D87, the next growth clcyle began at D87. During thisperiod, the detection indicators like the depeh of the hair follicles, the diameter of the hairpapilla, the density of the hair follicles and hair follicles activity also changed regularly.Changes of goose secondary hair follicle growth cycle: the growth period was E17-D71,regression period was D71-D87, resting period was D87-D90, it entered the next growth periodat D90.(3). Changes of Wnt10b expression in goose back fair follicle: though located expressionanalysis, Wnt10b expressed in the early stage of mocky palette, fair bud and fair ridge bylocated expression analysis; it didn’t expressed in hair follicle resting period; it expressed at thesite of the barb ridge near the inner root of sheath from hair follicle resting period to the nextgrowth cycle. Though quantitative expression analysis, Wnt10b began to have a high expressionfrom the mockey plate formation period, and had a significant expression difference betweenD71and D79, then the expression gradually decreased; the expression was the lowest and not significant from D84to D87, but was signigicant with D79, and this stage was fair follicleresting phase; gene expression at D90had a significant difference to D87, this period could bedetermined that hair follicle entered a next growth stage. |
