| Hair follicle morphology characteristics and development regularity is not onlyimportant for its biological characteristics, and have a major impact on these traits.Hair follicle morphogenesis depends on a series of regulation of signaling pathways,these signaling molecules mediated interaction between dermal cells and epithelialcells, induced to stimulate orderly proliferation and differentiation of the two cellpopulations, and ultimately the formation of mature hair follicles, Wnt10b/β-catenin,FGF18gene plays a key role in the process of hair follicle.Histological techniques, Real-time PCR and immunohistochemical were used toresearch the changes of skin organizational structure, expression of Wnt10b/β-catenin and FGF18on mRNA and protein level in Gansu Superfine Wool Sheepfetal of different ages, in order to clarify Gansu Superfine Wool Sheep fetal skin hairfollicle tissue morphology changes and Wnt10b/β-catenin, FGF18gene in GansuSuperfine Wool Sheep hair follicles form occurs during the development of themechanism to provide a theoretical basis.The results showed that:In Gansu Superfine Wool Sheep fetus side skin, the full cuticle structure wasshaped at81d, which gradually differentiated into papillary layer and lamina reticular.The full cuticle structure remained a steady state at123~138d. Primary folliclesprecordium of rib firstly occurred at87d. Secondary follicles were branched off fromthe cuticles near which near the primary follicles which are being developed.Gestational age108d follicle hair follicles tip keratin fibers, gestational age111d hairgrow dry the surface of the skin.
