Tobacco is an important economy crop, tobacco industry is also the important pillarindustry. Jilin province is China’s important tobacco growing areas, tobacco growing areaexpands year by year in recent years, tobacco diseases increase year by year. Main diseasesinclude tobacco wildfire disease, tobacco brown spot, tobacco anthracnose, tobacco virusdiseases, tobacco bacterial wilt, tobacco damping off and so on. In this paper, we taking jilinprovince tobacco main diseases as the research object, we carried out tobacco disease-resistantgermplasm identification, different fungicides indoor toxicity measurement, plot and fieldefficacy test research, obtained the following results:1. The differences of75tobacco cultivars resistant to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci(Wolf&Foster)Young et al were found using the method of conventional spray. The resultsshowed that different tobacco varieties exist obvious differences of disease resistance toPseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci; there was no immune varieties in75tobacco cultivars,6(8%) cultivars were highliest resistant. The25(33.33%) cultivars were highly resistant. The35(46.67%) cultivars were highly suspective. The9(12%) cultivars were highlist suspective.2. Compared93kinds of fungicides to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci;86kinds offungicides to Alternaria alternate (Fries) keissler.;41kinds of fungicides to Colletotrichumtabacum Boen;29kinds of fungicides to Botrytis cinerea Pevs. indoor medicament screening.The results showed that different reagents,different concentration have different mycelia growthrate; the same pesticide on the inhibition effect of different pathogens obvious differences;thesame pesticide different formulations, different manufacturers also difference. The resultsshowed to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci250000units of Erythromycin(Xi ’an lijunpharmaceutical co., ltd),86.2%Cuprous Oxide WG (Nordox);72%Agricultural Chain MildewSulfate SPX(north China pharmaceutical factory)have good effect, bacteriostatic ring are morethan20mm diameter; the results showed to Alternaria alternate (Fries) keissler.1×109/gBacillus Subtilis WP,3×1012/g wax Bacillus WP,1×106/g Pythium oligandrum WP,10%Penconazole EC and so on have good effect; the results showed to Colletotrichum tabacumBoen1×108CFU/g Paenibacillus polymyxa FG,1×1012/g Bacillus subtilis WP,250g/Lpyraclostrobin EC also have good effect; the results showed to Botrytis cinerea Pevs.3×1012/gwax Bacillus WP,1×106/g Pythium oligandrum WP,1×1012/g Bacillus subtilis WP have goodeffect.3. Base on mycelia growth rate indoor, were choose some fungicides to take potted plant andfield trials. Research found that different fungisides, the same fungisides different formulations shows obvious different results. Good mycelia growth rate, potted plant and field trials may bedifferent. The potted plant of tobacco wildfire disease showed that72%streptomycin sulfateSPX have good effect. The potted plant of tobacco virus diseases showed that20%moroxydinehydrochloride SP have good effect. The field trials of tobacco virus diseases showed that20%moroxydine hydrochloride SP also have good effect.Control effect were77.09%-85.99%. Thefield trials of tobacco brown spot in Liuhe showed that50%cyprodinil WG have good effect.The field trials of tobacco brown spot in Nongan showed that50%fludioxonil WP have goodeffect.
