As a new emerging technology applied to the field, the vibration theory of soilcultivation and mining has become increasingly important in recent years. However,how to reduce the drag and energy consumption remain to be two major problems.This paper elaborates the theory of how to reduce the drag of the mechanism of dragreduction of two-dimensional by using the vibrating subsoiler which is widely used invibration subsoil as an example.Firstly, analyzes the present situation of research and application status atdomestic and foreign, studied the influence of vibration load on the soil shearstrength, we have get that the vibration load can make soil breaking whenthe maximum principal stress value reduces, vibrating subsoiling is thefailure strengthutilization of soil failure strength perpendicular to the direction of loading is muchsmaller than the horizontal direction the loadingcharacteristics of the conclusion. Assubsoiling shovel is seen in the soil at a constant speed along the wedge, we haveestablished the mechanical model of subsoiling shovel with loosening, provided amethod for farming mechanics research. By analysis of two modes of forced and self-excited vibration, in which shows that the reasonable selection of vibration mode andperformance parameters is the key to implement the best drag reduction effect.we havecited a variety of forced vibration machinery with theoretical analysis and structuraldesign for eccentric shaft and the elastic element.Finally, the experimental scheme is designed in detail and carried out byexperimental resistance performance test soil push plate, put forward the method ofspectral analysis of drag reduction properties of soil plate push by the power, whichprovides a new way for the research of vibration reduction. By analysis module inMatlab, firstly, sampling process for load signal, and then according to the Fourierprinciple, the counting results are made the fast Fourier transform (FFT) conversion, obtained auto power spectrum for soil mechanical resistance and main frequencycharacteristics in all loads directions. The experimental results show that: thebulldozing plate resistance is a low frequency random signal, the signal frequency ismainly concentrated within10Hz, and the reasons to affect the low frequency powerspectrum of therandom factors are mainly due to random factors of soil. Theexperiment also found that, there is a higher peak at0Hz, bulldozing plate of the forceprocess is a Gaussian random process.
