| This paper analyses the importance of the drag reduction research on the development of agricultural machinery through the resistance technology and agricultural applications of trial soil slot at home and abroad, and the development research of drag reduction. As the rice transplanter float’s sliding resistance caused a great influence on its’efficiency when it is working, the research on drag reduction relevant test is so necessary. Former rice transplanter float test is carried out in actual land environment that weather or seasonal conditions can affect easily, resulting in the complexity in operation, uncontrollability of test parameters, and test errors. Therefore selecting an appropriate test method is of significance on drag reduction of agricultural machinery study. The application of simulation test can be combined with the actual situation, analyze the controllability test for different factors and levels of test indicators, to ensure that the test Convenient and test accuracy. At this stage, a simulation test-bed becomes more diverse, technology becomes automated, accurate. To drag reduction research, combined with the soil trough traction domestic and external development status, this paper designs the test device that meets the needs. Researching on micro surface bionic structure of scales using Keirn digital microscope system, ultimately determine the scale of micro surface bionic structure can play an effect of drag reduction, and the unit test verified test made in the main conclusions are as follows:(1)By scanning scale micro surface structure under electron microscope, finding that the structure makes a certain drag reduction effects under the condition of water.(2) Analysis of orthogonal test results show that under the same experimental factors and levels, drag index of scales bionic float sample is better than that of ordinary plate sample, it means that bionic scale micro surface structure drag reduction performance. Finally we can get the optimal scheme:the forward velocity of 0.8 m/s, float sample weight of 0.7kg, float sample type of bionic float sample.(3)Resistance performance test results show that the plate sample weight and forward speed effect on float plate sliding resistance, transplanting machine bionic float sample sliding resistance increases with the increasing weight; planting machine bionic float sample sliding resistance decreases with the increasing speed. The float sample test and calculation that the drag reduction rate between 4.20% and 19.09%, the power loss can be reduced when it works. |
