Tangwang river is one of the most important tributary of Songhuajiang river and it hasbeen honored as the best tributary at the north of Songhuajiang river. Tangwanghe hasis a typical stream rivers in north China, there should be a lot of coldwater fishhabitat. However, because of overfishing and water project, the fishery resources ofTangwang river has been declined, especially for the coldwater fish. Historically,Tangwanghe has once migratory fish Oncorhynchus keta spawning ground, but inrecent decades, however, has been virtually eradicated. To find out dams to thetangwanghe has influence, this study choose Tangyuan Qushou Water Project, whichis the nerest to the songhuajiang river trunk in Tangwang river, as the center,periodicity survey Taojia, Baxia, Dazheng and Xinli this four sites’ fish resourcesfrom June2013to November. We also selected Zhulian and Dongjiang, which locatedin the Songhuajiang river trunk and is very close distance to the estuary of Tangwangriver, as comparison.The fishery population structure of downstream of Tangwangheand its adjacent to the songhua river basin was studied, the majority fish catch rate,biology was studied in order to understand the impact of th Tangyuan Qushou WaterProject in fish ecosystems, to restore tangwanghe has as coldwater fish habitats andOncorhynchus keta spawning ground to do the investigation, the main researchresults and conclusions are as follows:1. The survey to collect fish47623in total, respectively belonging to12families,8orders of46species. The Tangwang river has7orders,10families collected42species, the trunk stream of Songhuajiang river the total6orders,9families and40species. Our result shows much more species than Liuxiaolan’s result in2011, butfew species of cold water fishes, only captured a Lota lota. Cypriniformes fish inevery sample point accounted for about90%of yield.2.The result of Jaccard similarity index shows that except to the dongjiang sites, theindex is negative correlation to the distance. The upstream site Taojia shows noobvious difference frome other sites.3. We measured body length and body weight of Leucicus waleckii,Phoxinuslagowskii,Gobio gobio cynocephalus, Opsarichthys bidens and Perccottus glehni,tudied their gonad development situation and food compositions, and found that all kinds of thebody length of body weight of power function relationship between various sites differenceswere not significant. The distribution of body length Leucicus waleckii and Gobio gobiocynocephalus has location difference, whereas Phoxinus lagowskii, Opsarichthysbidens and Perccottus glehni represent no significant difference. During survey time,the gonad development phase of Leucicus waleckii and Phoxinus lagowskii stands inphaseⅡ, however the GSI(ganadosomatic index) indices of them increased. Wedidn’t find the peak of GSI for the Gobio gobio cynocephalus, and the sexual maturitysamples of Opsarichthys bidens is few. The GSI of Perccottus glehni peaks concentrated in July. The food compositon of Leucicus waleckii, Phoxinus lagowskii and Gobio gobiohas the highest percentage of insects, and for Opsarichthys bidens and Perccottus glehnifish.4. From the results of the survey and found water projects impacted on Parabotiafasciata reproductive migratory, but not obvious influence on most other fish.
