In order to understand an important fish habitat-the distribution of spawning grounds in that section of the river, we understand and determine the Xiangjiaba power station and Xiluodu power station water of Qiaojia section before and after spawning distribution location, size, spawning spawning habitat characteristics and oviposition behavior and hydrological characteristics response relation, for the protection of Jinsha River river fish resources and provide the scientific basis and basic data accumulation by monitoring the Qiaojia section of the Yangtze River, when the beginning of the Jinsha River’s a period. The main results are as follows:Survey showed that 6 species laying peilagic eggs included Coreius guichenoti, Rhinogobio ventralis, Parabotia fasciata dabry, Botia superciliaris gunther, Lepturichthys fimbriata Jinshaia sinensis in Qiaojia section of the lower reaches of the Jinsha River during 2012-2013. Drifting 675 eggs were collected from 2012 May to July, drifting 1955 eggs from 2013 May to July and drifting 298 eggs from 2014 May to July. There were 7 spawning sites laying drifting eggs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River from 2012 to 2014, including Jiaopingdu, Huidong, Huize, Bajiaping, Yuanmou, Panzhihua and Yongren to Huilisection spawning ground. They were decreased to 5 Spawning sites from 2007 to 2008.In total,43085.42x104 fish eggs were sampled during a sampling period from 2012 to 2014.14059 x104 fish eggs were collected from 2012 May to July.27045.72x104 fish eggs were collected from 2013 May to July,1980.7x104 fish eggs were collected 2014 May to July.According to the monitoring results, a fluctuation change in water temperature was between 18 to 22℃ during the period of investigation in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River. The overall trend tended to increase firstly and then showed a fluctuation change. While, in 2013, the range of the fluctuation change in water temperature was between 18.4 to 21.2℃. The overall trend is similar to that in 2012. From May 22,2014 to July 5, the range of the fluctuation change in water temperature was between 18.2 to 21.8℃, which shared the same trend with that in 2012 and 2013.
