This paper introduced the success of Zhengzhou Camphor tree Photosynthetic characteristics were studied in preliminary research.In order to find out the natural cooling down.Camphor normal during overwinter period of light and other environmental factors adaptability.And with Primaries Camphor tree quality saplings for research object.The photosynthetic Physiological indexes of tested.and combined with its Morphological index.through the comparative analysis.further grow better choose good winter in the huanghe valley.By Camphor trees in order to provide theoretical basis for camphor tree planting.This research has achieved the following main results:1.Camphor trees five months respectively on the instantaneous optimal Photosynthetic characteristics for variance analysis and multiple comparison.In the same natural conditions.with the natural cooling changes.net photosynthetic rate produce corresponding change.One ZS3、ZS4、ZS7.the net photosynthetic rate obviously higher than other test Camphor tree.Camphor trees transpiration rate with the change in temperature and volatile ZS4、ZS5、ZS6.including the transpiration rate of obviously lower than other test camphor tree.Camphor trees intercellular CO2 concentration in the temperature drops.present a downward trend.the temperature rise resumed, intercellular CO2 concentration gradually rise.Camphor trees in temperatures reduce water use efficiency.short term has risen.In the long term low temperature conditions, ZS3、ZS4、ZS7water use efficiency.explains the basic relatively stable ZS3、ZS4、ZS7adaptive ability to low temperature is superior to other experimental camphor tree.Camphor trees stomatal conductance with temperature changes in the tremendously.but natural cooling conditions ZS3、ZS4、ZS7.for less influence of stomatal conductance;Optimization ZS7、ZS4、ZS3.Camphor tree.the stomatal limitation variation amplitude.therefore can think relatively stable in natural cooling conditions for ZS3、ZS7、ZS4. stomata photosynthesis less effect.2.Will photosynthetic indicators for comprehensive factor analysis.Through that correlation analysis between the main indexes instantaneous photosynthesis mutual relationship.Namely net photosynthetic rate as stomatal conductance.intercellular CO2 concentration.stomatal limitation and water use use increases.but with these variables significantly does not exist between sexual relations.And water use efficiency.the higher the transpiration rate is lower.The principal component analysis ZS3、ZS4and that the comprehensive factor score ZS5 composite scores highest, minimum.Namely the circumstance that drops in temperature in nature.ZS4、ZS3 and camphor trees, to select the best.growth situation ZS1、ZS2、ZS7 growth with less.
