Objective: foot and mouth disease is caused by the foot and mouth disease virus infection in an acute, febrile, highly contagious diseases. Farms of different sizes in the area by foot and mouth disease epidemiological investigation and study, the distribution law of foot and mouth disease, epidemic disease characteristics, and impact factors for the development of disease prevention and control measures to provide a comprehensive basis.Methods:①The topic under the foot and mouth disease virus genome sequence regions conserved, in contrast to many strains of sequence based on the design of a 1 on the specific detection primers, PCR detection methods,②In this study, taken over by questionnaire, on-site inquiries investigation, point sampling method to obtain background information on swine disease and epidemiology, and through the area in Shaanxi Province and fixed samples in different locations, collecting objects for the pathogenesis of a variety of reasons pigs of different age, the patient material from Linwei District, Hua county, Tongguan, Pucheng, Chengcheng, Whitewater, co-Yang, Dali, Fu Ping, Han city, Huayin City 11 regions, a total of 1037 samples, using their established PCR method for detection.Results:①By the PCR method established areas in Shaanxi Province and collected samples for testing, results showed that: Linwei District, Hua county, Tongguan collected in 11 districts in the 1037 samples, 158 positive samples were detected, with an average positive The detection rate was 15.2%. The positive rate of all regions were: Linwei District 10.2%, 28.1% Huaxian Tongguan 23.6%, 16.3% Pucheng County, Chengcheng 14.7%, White 11.9%, 7.6% co-Yang, Dali and 35.6%, Fu Ping 7.1%, Seoul 20%, 14.3% Huayin.Conclusion:①the established PCR method has high specificity, sensitivity, and good compliance, complete applicable to large-scale clinical testing foot and mouth disease virus. ②taken around by questionnaire, on-site inquiry investigation, point sampling method to obtain background information on herd incidence and epidemiology, and through areas in Shaanxi Province and around the area sampling, and carry out PCR, the results show that, in Shaanxi Province and Region The foot and mouth disease epidemic average positive rate 15.2%, including Dali region 35.6% positive detection rate of the experimental data show that in all cities and counties in Shaanxi Province and regions are expected to foot and mouth disease virus-positive detection, foot and mouth disease virus infection in Weinan the incidence of common pigs.③According to the pigs in Shaanxi Province and parts of the state and features, generally within the city level and feeding management of disease control technology and the relative weakness of the premise, to further control the spread of FMD virus is very difficult task, at all levels of animal husbandry and veterinary leading authorities on high priority should be awareness, grassroots practitioners of animal husbandry and veterinary staff will have to seriously and comprehensively establish comprehensive control strategy, in order to better control the disease effectively the spread of the epidemic and the spread.
