| Purpose: In order to discuss a kind of reasonable immune procedure for FMD in pigs that suited for our province, we did this experiment. Means: Vaccinate piglets and sows by different immune time, dosage and way, then collect sera, detect FMD antibody level in pigs. Results:1. Eat and flow of antibody in piglets: Antibody level of sow that were vaccinated by concentrating vaccine 3ml each before hybridization kept higher than 1:1024 when it gave birth to baby the first two weeks Materal antibody raised gradually after piglets were born, ran up to the maximum 9 at 30 days old, then fell off subsequently. Antibody had protective action at 45 days old, disappeared basically at 60 days old.2. Giving intramuscularly injection with type 0 concentrating vaccine of FMD and the ordinary one separately to 40-day-old, 45-day-old, 50-day-old, 55-day-old and 60-day-old piglets showed by comparison that the 55-day-old piglets were highly and prolonged vaccine-affected.3. Giving 55-day-old piglets intramuscularly injection with concentrating vaccine and ordinary one separately in Houhai acupuncture-point showed that the efficacy of antibody injection was good with little side effect.4. Giving 55-day-old piglets concentrating vaccine with intramuscularly injection 1 ml each and 2 ml each and ordinary vaccine 2ml each and 3ml each showed that 1ml dose or 2ml dose of concentrating vaccine were of little different antibody efficacy, while the antibody efficacy of 3ml dose of ordinary vaccine was obviously better than 2ml dose.5. Multiparity sow were vaccinated by concentrating vaccine 3ml, 4ml and 5ml each before hybridization, their FMD antibody level were 9.5,8.75,8.13 respectively at two weeks before childbearing .Difference between 3ml group and 4ml group was prominence (P<0. 05).Conclusion:1. First vaccination of piglets at 55-day-old is appropriate according to eat and flow of materal antibody in piglets and the effect of our experiment.2. The ordinary vaccine 2ml just as factory manual cannot get well immunity effect and need much dosage, while the concentrating vaccine 1ml can get well immunity effect.3. Houhai acupuncture-point injection gets higher antibody efficacy and less side effect than that of intramuscularly injection. It can apply widely.4. Multiparity sow vaccinated before hybridization by concentrating vaccine 3ml can get well immunity effect, it need not add much dosage. |
