| With the improvement of living standards, the pursuit of beauty becomes higher. The pot and land planted plants which can be dual-use plants are in short supply. Hydrangea, with its large inflorescence, a rich ruby color and a longer flowering period (if adequate fertilizer, flowering stage 1-2 months), becomes the new favorite flower in the potted flower and plant landscaping market.In this study, we carried out the processing for dwarfing by using different concentrations of PP333, B9, Pix during the growth of hydrangea, and there are 10 treatments with the water sprayed as the control. The results showed that except the blank control, the other pharmaceutical concentrations have significantly dwarfing effect compared with the control. we have selected that PP333 is the most appropriate pharmaceutical by measuring the plant height and considering the effects of different plant retardant that have on the plant growth and the optimum concentration is 250 mg/L.Hydrangea is the short day plant,we treated part of the material with no illumination, that is to short the daytime and lengthen the dark; we treated another part of the material with additional light,that is to lengthen the daytime and short the dark; he rest part of the material have no treatment as control, and then observing the effect of the flower blossoming of Hydrangea under the photoperiod treatment. The results showed that the first flowering period of the material which with dark treatment will be due in advance and the budding rate are better than the control according to the comprehensive analysis of flowering and budding rate and other indicators.By using temperature treatment and according to basis that Hydrangea need low-temperature for vernalization, we carried out low temperature treatment with three different temperatures in the hydrangea flower bud differentiation stage,that is 1℃,4℃and 10℃, and the results show that the budding rate of the tested materials with 4℃low temperature treatment was higher than the budding rate of the other two temperature treatments. |
