Research On WSN Networding Technology For Airport Environmental Monitoring

Abstract/Summary:
Airport environmental monitoring is mainly based on visual monitoring and management at present, also monitoring indicators are very independent. Need a comprehensive monitoring way, and an integrated networking method. This paper based on the WSN technology background, combination of airport environmental layout restrictions. Taking the efficiency of the implementation, the number of nodes, energy consumption and load balance into account. Integrating multiple monitoring directions include the airport noise monitoring, perimeter intrusion alert and the temperature and humidity monitoring together. In order to solve the problem of node wasting and path imbalance, the MP-NGC algorithm which can realize the layout of monitoring network is proposed. Analysis how to extend life of the network from three angles, include the optimal layout of the network nodes, the reasonable distribution of the communication path and the load balance. Meanwhile, make sure the real-time and reliable data transmission can be achieved. The main contents are as follows: 1. Set up the airport layout model according to the data characteristics and requirements of the three kinds of monitoring indicators, which are the airport noise monitoring, perimeter intrusion alert and the temperature and humidity. Set the location of the monitoring node at first, and then use NGC algorithm to conduct simulation experiments of relay node placement and network layout. 2. Improve NGC algorithm aiming at the problem that the node is wasted and the path is imbalanced. Design an integrated network mode based on MP-NGC algorithm. This mode based on the nearest greedy criterion, adopt a multi path data rotation transmission method. Each time before sending data, the node choice a path which has the highest priority as the work path. The whole work process of the layout method mainly divided into three parts. Include the establishment of communication routing table, the number of paths to determine and the use of MP-NGC algorithm for node layout. 3. In order to further extend the life of the monitoring network, optimized MP-NGC algorithm by perform load balancing. The optimal equilibrium factor is determined by the simulation experiment. After completing all the optimization work, evaluate and compare the performance of the algorithm from multiple perspectives, such as the number of nodes, energy consumption, the relationship between residual energy and time and so on.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that, the proposed network mode which is based on MP-NGC algorithm can realize the construction of the monitoring network. Reducing the total energy consumption while consuming less nodes. At the same time, the balanced use of the communication path and the realization of load balancing can significantly extend the life of the monitoring network.
