The missile fairing is a key component of the missile, it need frequent assembly and disassembly during the process of technical preparation and maintenance of the missile, the workload of this process is larger, the operational preparation time is too long, and it is not conducive to rapid preparation of the missile weapon system. In order to shorten the time of the fairing assembly, and improve the operational efficiency of the missile, studying on a new type of rapid connection structure of the fairing becomes particularly important, meanwhile, it also has very important military application value.Through the analysis of installation environments and load environments of the missile fairing, and according to these constraints, making the relevant design index for the follow-up of the new type rapid connection structure design. Meanwhile, according to the study of the structural characteristics of the missile fairing, to determine the basic design and optimization principles.According to the design principles connecting structure puts forward the overall design scheme of the locking finger in t he form of quick-connect mechanism, and then design the configuration structure of the various components. In order to optimize and perfect the design details, a docking surface having a compensation mechanism was designed, also made a detail design about the preload and installation torque of the bolt. In order to prove the rapidness of the connecting structure, this article made a theoretical time estimate of the fairing assembly.Making the static simulation analysis for the connection structure, using Creo to establish the finite element model, and then calculating the stress strain of the connection structure under different typical working conditions by Ansys, to verify the entire connection structure meets the static load requirements.Ansys dynamic simulation module is used to analyze the dynamics of the connection structure, according to the dynamic load case of the connecting structure, and giving the random vibration and shock excitation to the connecting structure, from three different directions of axial, tangential and radial. Analyze the situation that appears the peak values of the stress and deformation of the connecting structure, through the comparison and analysis of the structure of property, verify that the connecting structure meets the design requirements of environmental dynamics.
