With the continuous development of dynamic knowledge and computer technology, more and more researchers used different methods to study various dynamic characteristics of vehicle weapons, the research process of refined products, improve the security and reliability of the product which has a practical significance. The structure of our country development of onboard rocket in the process of transferance and vertical equivalent of the flexible cantilever beam structure, dynamic characteristics of this process will affect the safety and reliability of the payload, and even affect the success of a task. This paper will be based on virtual prototype technology and finite element simulation technology of on-board rockets payload in the process of transfer and vertical dynamics simulation analysis.With the development of our country vehicle weapons, launch vehicle ride comfort study received widespread attention, in the process of the motion of the launcher, incentive and launcher itself by road roughness of vibration, the vibration in the process of launch vehicle driving, will accelerate launchers vulnerable parts damage, even affect the security and reliability of the payload(satellite). Based on the Russian poplar M missile launch vehicle as the research object, using multi-body dynamics knowledge, when the car is driven to build launch dynamics model and dynamic model of the payload, using the state space and the method of Laplace transform to launchers are applied to solve the model, using the hypothesis of payload modal method to find the solution model.This article through to the on-board rocket up vertical device analysis, the dynamic and static mechanics analysis of on-board rocket up the vertical law of vertical device, using the multi-body dynamics in the process of knowledge building payload in the vertical dynamics model, assumes that the modal method of dynamic model of solving.By using multi-body dynamics analysis software Adams to on-board rockets have been reproduced and vertical process for precise modeling and dynamic analysis, modal analysis of payload, under the excitation of random road surface spectrum of the vibration of the launch vehicle output, finding out the payload when reprinting the biggest stress position, the speed of 30 km/h, 50 km/h, three speed under 80 km/h, input stochastic random signal and step signal under the condition of the deflection of the payload endpoint before, payload stress maximum points for the stress and strain analysis.Using the Adams software in the process of the vertical four up under the law of vertical load before the deflection of the endpoint, finding out the payload in the process of the vertical stress position, the biggest and the stress and strain analysis.In this paper, the analysis of the results and methods which can be taken as reference to the design of the on-board rockets payload, built by dynamic model according to the requirements of the design can be more in-depth analysis.
