| Drilling and sampling system of lunar soil is one of the most important tools to explore the lunar, and plays a key role in sampling the lunar soil. Researching the mechanical features and mechanics characteristics of drilling and sampling system is very helpful to improve the reliability of spac e sampling task. The drilling and sampling system studied in the present paper can adapt with many complicated environment during the transportation, launching, injection, orbital motion and landing. So in the condition of terrible dynamic environment, the study of strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics of this device is the the key task in this paper. The main job of this study is as follows :(1)Combining with the overall planning, specific function and performance requirements of China Lunar Exploration Project(Three) mission on the drilling and sampling task, the present study researched the fuctional principles for drilling, core-stripping, loading, shaping and unfolding mechanism. On the basis of accurate CAD model, the present study established the finite element model of the machine and the components via simplifying the honeycomb sandwich composite materials, parts and assembly relationship.(2)The present study completed quasi static analysis of this integral device on the condition of acceleration overload and landing impact, the modal analysis of the machine, and the calculation of sinusoidal frequency response and random response, which drawed the corresponding deformation and stress values, the corresponding natural frequency and vibration mode and the corresponding response curve and the maximum acceleration response and frequency.(3)This research completed the modal analysis of each component in the sampling device and also completed quasi static analysis of each component on the limiting condition based on the result of dynamic response of the integral device, which drawed the corresponding natural frequency and vibration mode and obtained the corresponding deformation and stress values.The research turns out:( 1) The functional principles of this drilling and sampling system satisfies the requirement of the China Lunar Exploration Project(Three) mission on the drilling and sampling task.(2)Drilling sampling device has high fundamental frequency which will not couple with the carrier frequency to resonate.( 3) The results of the quasi static analysis, dynamics analysis and mechanical analysis of each component indicate that this drilling and sampling system can resist the influence of the vibration in spatial environ ment, because the intensity and the range of frequency responds is accepted in the experimental request. |
