With the rapid economic development and the heavy government investment, the railway has become the best way. However, the traffic noise becomes increasingly prominent in the meanwhile, noise pollution has will be an environmental problem which cannot be ignored. At present, laying the noise barrier is the main way to reduce the traffic noise. However, there is no standard definition for the length and heights of the noise barrier in actual project, the result were usually inefficient or dissatisfied, and also waste of material and the cost. The following acoustic according to the range from Emei to Miyi of Cheng-Kun railway, based on the noise calculation of the main region, performed acoustics optimization on barrier length and height size, the material, the cost and investment condition accepts.The thesis aimed at the study of laying the noise barrier to achieve the maximum noise reduction and the optimal setting range and the optimum added length and height, under the minimizing the economic investment condition.1. Studied the research information both domestic and international rail-related noise barrier, then analyze about the principle and effect of noise reducing. Establish a maximum insertion loss and meet the minimum economic cost of noise barriers acoustic design model.2. Based on the results of field measurements of the Cheng-Kun railway from Emei to Miyi to segment expansion project Yuexi County in Liangshan Prefecture Kawamura, ambient noise and background information of the West Ping Village both sides of the sensitive points (day and night), and select two sections and six points in sensitive spot area to predict environmental noise prediction. Section 1#(CK337+000section) and 2# (CK337+700 section),and make the specific point noise prediction,which are the railway track centerline distance between the outer sections are 30m,45m,60m. According themodel method recommended by Railway letter [2010] No.44 to predict the environmental noise at these points, when considering the train noise seven aspects of the amendment.3. According to predicting the environmental noise of the six predictive points to design and optimize the acoustic noise barrier model. Then test the results of the optimal design and the model was found to meet the standard of noise reduction. To achieve the purpose of this study, we found the optimal layout range and the most suitable additional length, height of the expansion project of the sensitive point of noise barriers, and applicate of the results.
