For the first time, "Made in China 2025" program is including "aircraft engines, gas turbines" in the national strategic emerging industries. Wherein the blade is an important part of aviation engines, manufacturing standards and measurement accuracy create a direct impact on engine thrust to weight ratio, an important indicator of fuel consumption, payload and so on. Thus, measurement method corresponding to the blade measuring jig directly determines the quality of the production and has a direct impact to the measurement error of the blade fatigue strength, lower engine fuel consumption and acceleration; this is the reason why the suitability between the aero-engine blades measuring jig and measurement methods is considered to be the key factor in the design.The traditional way of fixture design places excessive reliance on the designers, which results in a longer measuring fixture design cycle and inefficiency in solving measurement jig problems. Therefore, the use of current advanced and innovative design approach - the TRIZ theory, fundamentally increase the likelihood of innovation and change by guiding the improvement and innovation of the blade measuring fixture. This paper summarizes the work and includes the following:First, the text describes the role of aero engine blades and the structure of stator blades and studies several processing blades parameters. Compressor stator blades are used to find out several common measurement methods appropriate for the blade inspection process.Second, several typical stator blades are used to construct three-dimensional models. An in-depth analysis of stator blade measurement method is performed based on the locating function of stator blades. Analysis of the blade measuring jig composition and the measurement method associated with it, so as to realize the measurement parameters of the blade. Through an internship program, a report is proposed based on current measuring jig stating weaknesses including measuring interferometer and versatility deficiency.Third, the study of TRIZ, brainstorming, application principal overcoming conventional-thinking process and the analysis of the application of TRIZ problem-solving tools within the blade-measuring jig allowed corresponding-relationship to be found between the blade measuring jig problems and TRIZ problem-solving tools. Integration of TRIZ Theory in solving existing measuring jig problems allowed the development of an innovative Computer-aided model in particular for blade measuring jig.Forth, SQL Server 2005 as database support, C # as the development language is able to complete the construction of the CAI software for the blade measuring jig. The software has a measuring jig fundamental-component module, which helps to easily understand the structure and by adjusting the fundamental-component module to achieve a quick measuring jig design. The leaf blade module contains blades information, blade process parameters and the parameters corresponding to the blade the measurement jig. Physical conflict module, the technology evolution module and technique effect module are included and available for display.Last but not least, blades measuring jig problems encountered in practical usage are being examined and solved using the CAI-Computer Aided Innovation software.
