In recent years, with the rapid development of the aerospace industry, processing and m easuring technology of complex curved surface parts has become an urgent problem to be sol ved in the aerospace industry. Blade is one of the key components of high performance aero engine. Because the blades are often in high temperature, high pressure, heavy load and high speed environment, so the failure rate of the blade is higher than other parts, which seriously affect the performance and service life of the whole machine. Therefore, the blade machining and surface quality inspection is the key technology of the engine manufacturing, and the re verse of this kind of parts, the precision inspection and the adaptive processing can not be se parated from the accurate measurement. Although there are a lot of traditional offline measur ement methods, the detection accuracy is not high, it is easy to introduce the two error, and t he efficiency is very low. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a domestic blade in the m achine measurement dedicated CNC system. The main content of this paper is based on the c entral China eight CNC system, the blade in the machine measurement of the special CNC s ystem for the two development.In this paper, the five-axis CNCcenter machine which equipped with HNC8 numerical control(or referred to as HNC8) system was the base of research. With the Renishaw SP2-1scanning probeas tools.We made full use of the measurement characteristics of three-dimensional contact Renishaw SP2-1 scanning probe, to study the Adaptive scanning measurement technology of blade on the mchine. Finished the design and processing of special blade fixture,to integrate the high-speed on-machine measurement function for machining center. At the same time, the research based on data sampling technique of hnc-8 CNC system, Developed data sampling function of the blade measurement, Adaptive controlalgorithm ofblade measurement and Scanning measurement control technology and information interaction technology. Finally, the blade measurement system on the machine was developed based on HNC 8.
