The Research On Implement Method Of New Type Of Community Project In ShiShi City Within The Full-area Urbanization Framework

We should prom ote harmonized development of the Chinese-style path of industrialization and advancing IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization in the report of Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Currently, ShiShi city is imple menting full-area urbanization reform with synthesis and whole set. It stresses and m aintains people as an im portant position in the process of full-area urbanization with the purpose of i mproving people’s livelihood and living happier and more b eautiful. The existing rural m anagement system will be incorporated into city management. It will break the dual structure in urban and rural economy and achieve cen tralized management, namely population management, industrial layout, planning a nd construction, land m anagement, public services, social security, administration and city management.With the proceeding of the full-area urba nization reform, the original ecological environment of relatively isolated country side has under gone great changes. More and more migrant workers and the traders gather from surrounding cities,housing,employment,population management, social security, public safety, sanitation, education, health care and other i ssues have come out. We can continue to improve the city’s planning, improve infrastructure, improve sanitation, optimize the public service, and further improve the urbanization quality by constructing new type of community.Under the relevant theoretical guidance of full-area urbanization, new type of community and project m anagement, this article studies implement method of new type of community project in ShiShi city within the full-area urbanization framework from the perspective of project m anagement. This article focuses on the implementation embodiment’s preparation, quality m anagement, risk m anagement with the project management approach and then countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. With a view to put the program up to the level of theory, this article sums up innovative theory and m ethods of proj ect management of the new type of community and im proves the m anagement efficiency. It can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the new type of community project in the next few years.
