| In recent years, the country increases the support for county regional economies and finance is an important tool for the county government to fulfill its obligation. The operating status of a county finance influences its regional economies development as a whole. Since 1994 tax system reform, the income of central finance increased greatly but the income of regional fiancé decreased sharply, especially the income of county finance can not meet its ends, influence the running of regional public finance system.By collecting and analyzing large amount of data and related material of Dongshan county’s finance situation, this paper is aiming to proposing a sustainable solution to solve this problem by expanding tax sources, optimizing finance income structure, and regulating expending structure.This paper can be divided into five parts: the first part focus on analyzing Dongshan county’s finance situation, the second part is based on reason analyzing, focus on analyzing the reason of unbalanced fiancé income and expending structure, the third part tries to give some thinking on sustainable development of county finance, the forth part provides strategy on optimizing tax resource and increase fiancé income structure, the final part gives strategy on regulating finance expending strategy.On the whole, this paper analyzed Dongshan county finance sustainable development, studied county regional economy development and fiancé income and expenditure, tried to find existing problem and restraining factors. Strategies of county finance sustainable development was proposed to be some useful in county government’s decision-making. |
