In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet industry,the competition of Internet enterprises is also increasing.The phenomenon of mergers and acquisitions among industries is also common.More and more big Internet companies are seeking to go public,These situations also urge evaluators to think about how to take a reasonable approach to assess the value of Internet companies.In view of the unique characteristic of Internet companies,this paper analyzes the influence of the chips are Internet enterprise value factors,puts forward to correct the DEVA valuation model can better used in the evaluation of enterprise value.This paper aims to analyze the value of the Internet enterprise in the long term and tries to explain the value of the enterprise,and constructs a valuation model to evaluate the value of the enterprise.This article mainly uses literature review method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods,takes the growth of Internet companies as the core value,summarizes the features of growing Internet companies,and analyzes the value-influencing factors of such enterprises.Find out the most important influencing factors,namely user value.Then it analyzes some methods used in evaluating traditional enterprise value evaluation,and analyzes its applicability,and then explains the rationality of the method proposed in this paper.Finally,the traditional DEVA valuation model is introduced to modify and supplement the model,and the rationality of the modified model is verified by case analysis.Thus,it can be concluded that the improved DEVA valuation method is reasonable in evaluating the value of the long-term Internet enterprise.
