With the rapid development of economy in China, Market demand for the logistics industry continues to expand, rapid development in recent years even though Logistics industry started late in China. As a comprehensive modern service sectors which collected of transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding and messaging, because the operation of the field involves a number of different industries, In terms of tax revenue also involves multiple taxes like VAT, corporate income tax,Sales tax, Personal income tax, property tax, Stamp duty, urban land use tax.In the last two years, the cost such as the land resource costã€labour cost that the logistics industry needed is rising drasticly,have greatly reduce the profits of the logistics industry. Under such background, Logistics industry can effectively reduce the tax burden,Improve the financial management level of enterprises, Reduce costs and increase profits, Improve the market competitiveness through the prior design of tax planning.Based on the above background, this paper formulate tax planning scheme through Y log istics company, analysis the specific tax-related business at the same time, find out the risks of tax planning, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. First of all, this paper intr oduced the background and significance of the research, summarized the research status quo of tax planning at home and abroad, and simply expounded the related theories and methods of tax planning. Then analyzed the tax-related data and business condition of Y logistics co mpany to determine the necessity and feasibility of tax planning. The third part, In case plan ning according to different categories of taxes, preferred choice the tax planning scheme. Fina lly, analyses the tax planning risks and put forward suggestions to reduce the risk.
