Municipal infrastructure is a country, a nation, a social survival of the basic material conditions, the construction of national culture and spirit must be in perfect basic service infrastructure support up to complete. At present, with the deepening of market-oriented reform, the government vigorously promote the social capital enters and is stationed in the municipal infrastructure construction, to a large extent alleviated the financial pressure, enhance the quality and efficiency of construction projects and the growing public demand for public services has brought new provided path. PPP model not only adapts to the need of our country’s national system reform, but also is an effective way to play the role of innovation under the new environment. However, PPP model is a foreign product, to be consistent also need to explore the theory and practice, the experience summary. The development of PPP model is still in the primary stage, the project investment and financing, construction, management and operation still exist many defects, leading to the bankruptcy of many PPP projects, the fundamental reason, one is the defect of market mechanism, supervision system is not perfect, as can be seen from the practice of our country. Therefore, based on the PPP model for China’s municipal infrastructure construction of government supervision has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, based on the perspective of public administration, the research questions are selected, combined with the author’s own research interests, the research focuses on the government regulation of public private partnerships in municipal infrastructure. Through an extensive literature review, the existing research results to carry on the research analysis, combined with theoretical knowledge in the professional learning, government supervision of Municipal Infrastructure PPP projects of exploration and research.
