With the changing of the economic environment, the domestic commercial Banks profit model and change happening in business strategy, the declining of traditional bank interest income accounted, whereas non-interest income both amount and proportion are presented good development trend of rising, non-interest income started to gain attention and attention. So mining and innovation more conform to the time background of non-interest business, for the future of the Banks provide a steady stream of non-interest income growth impetus is the inevitable choice of China’s commercial Banks. Under the development trend of each kind of scholars and bank management continuously carry out the analysis and study of non-interest income and business, the non-interest income and business in order to have a more comprehensive, more in-depth to control, thus to bank non-interest business to provide more useful information for the future development strategies.By combing and analyzing the status quo of listed commercial Banks’ non-interest income and non-interest income characteristics, further study the various factors influencing the non-interest income, from the macroscopic and microscopic two angles of selection index, and in view of total non-interest income, accounted for three model, growth in three aspects, by using random effect model and fixed effect model, the 16 listed commercial Banks from 2003 to 2014 panel data for empirical analysis, draw the conclusion:the microscopic variables return on net assets and total non-interest income and proportion is significantly related to the non-performing loans and deposits to total assets ratio and total non-interest income and of significant negative correlation, the macro variables and total non-interest income, GDP proportion, the growth rate was significantly positively related to both, per capital disposable income and total non-interest income and proportion was significantly positive correlation, but with the growth rate was significantly negative correlation, overall macroeconomic variables influence on the non-interest income growth rate significantly superior to the microscopic variables. Combined with empirical results in this paper, further put forward for commercial Banks to increase the interest income and non-interest business related strategies and Suggestions.
