In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the asset scale, increasing recruitment and expanding the scope of business situation, the problem of internal fraud risk in commercial banks has become increasingly serious, which has become a problem that can not be ignored in the bank operational risk. In China’s commercial banks in the internal fraud occurred in the main staff of the theft of bank funds, fraudulent bank loans, senior management of the bribes and transfer of public funds and other ways. Internal fraud risk cases of "low frequency and high loss" of the bank and customer funds often suffered a great loss, but also bring bad social impact. Therefore, it is an important aspect of the operation risk management of China’s commercial banks to identify and control the internal fraud events effectively.This paper collected 60 cases of China’s commercial banks internal fraud events occurred from 2007 to 2016, analyze the types of cases, crime means, events span, the types of financial institutions and other aspects, that our country commercial bank fraud risk management in business process is not perfect, the lack of understanding of the internal risk management and information system needs to be improved such problems in the internal commercial banks in China based on the realistic background and conditions, proposed in the internal fraud risk management from the correct understanding of the internal fraud risk, establish effective internal fraud detection and warning mechanism, improve the evaluation mechanism, strengthen the security of information system construction, build a good corporate culture to carry out these five aspects countermeasures and propositions.
