This paper is based on the above background of the domestic commercial banks to expand the foreign exchange business related issues.The research of this paper is to explore the current situation and problems of foreign exchange business of domestic commercial banks from the point of view of management, analyze the existing problems and put forward some suggestions for improvement. With the increasing degree of RMB exchange rate market, the foreign exchange business competition among commercial banks will become more intense, the foreign exchange market will face more complex changes. In order to cope with this change, the big four state-owned commercial banks must proceed from their own management, rapid integration into the foreign exchange market, foreign exchange business knowledge reserves and staff reserves update, set up a professional management team.
