Shijiazhuang in hebei province as the provincial capital, and always put the adjustment of industrial structure as the transformation of the mode of economic growth, promoting economic development as the main direction, in the industry has made rapid development, but the achievements of three times industry development cannot leave the support of financial capital. The financial industry development level of high and low will also affect the city’s industrial optimization process, there is a close connection between the two.At home and abroad at first, this paper expounds on the effect of financial ind ustry and three industrial development research results, and the mechanism of i nteraction between the two is analyzed, using the method of comparative analy sis on financial industry and three industrial development status quo of shijiazh uang area comparing with the Beijing-Tianjin region, finally by using grey con-elation model of financial industry and three industrial development and the in dustry segmentation in coupling analysis, using coupling coordination model of financial industry and the development of three industry index data for empiri cal study of the whole, the results showed: Shijiazhuang area industry and thre e industrial development in the whole in the stage of moderate coupling betwe en 1996-2014, and presents the coupled coordination, but the coupling coordina tion degree in general, the coupling roughly presents never coordination state tr ansition to a degree of coordination. According to the current situation analysis and empirical research results put forward the following suggestions: one is to establish a modern financial system, to promote financial development; The se cond is to improve the efficiency of financial development, financial innovation development; The third is to build the financial ecological environment, stan dardize the financial order.
