A Research In The Impact Of The Rural Financial Development On The Income Gap In Heilongjiang Province

The gap between r ich and poor is one of the problems t hat cannot be ignor ed in the process of econom ic developm ent in our country, in the process of planned economy to market economy trans it ion, unequal par ts caused by inadequate r eform, unreasonable resource allocat ion and power rent-seeking phenomenon makes the widening gap between the rich and poor, near ly half of them from the incom e gap between urban and rural areas. In heilongjiang pr ovince as on e of the big agr icult ure province in our countr y, rural populat ion in recent years, although a slight dec line but has rem ained above fort y percent, coordinat e relat ionship between t he income of ur ban and r ural is heilongjiang province in t he econom ic developm ent under the new normal is im port ant one annulus. Many f actors affect the income gap between urban and rur al ar eas, rural f inancial development is one of important factors. St udy the effect of the r ural f inanc ial developm ent on t he income gap between ur ban and rural ar eas, to narrow the incom e gap between urban and rur al areas of heilongjiang pr ovince, to prom ot e econom ic developm ent in heilongjiang pr ovince has very important practical significance.In this paper, through theoret ical analys is and em pir ical analys is on t he met hod of combining the rur al f inanc ial development of heilongjiang province t o the inf luence of income gap between urban and rur al ar eas were studied. Through relat ed theory analys is of the inf luence of the two mechanis ms, an em pir ical analys is for lat er in the index select ion theory bas is and the r esult analys is. Status of rural f inanc ial developm ent and urban-rur al incom e gap, incom e differ ence between urban and rur al areas in the expanded year by year, but the overall urban and rur al income rat io is on the dec line.In the em pir ical analys is part, the rural f inancial development scale, effic iency, structur e thr ee aspects index s elect ion, to t he r ural f inancial development as t he independent var iable, the income gap between urban and rur al areas as the dependent var iable, using mult iple linear regr ession model to analyze the rural f inanc ial development’s inf luence on the incom e gap between urban and rur al ar eas, it is concluded t hat th e scale of the rural f inancial development and urban-rur al income gap wer e pos it ively correlated, eff ic iency and struct ure of t he rural f inanc ial developm ent and urban-rur al incom e gap negat ively corr elated, and analyses t he reasons of t he rur al f inanc ial developm ent scale pos it ive effect. At the end of the paper to shr ink the perspect ive of urban and rural incom e, according to the results of the analys is put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
