Aiming at the existing problem of private equity investment fund in our country at present, this article put forward by adopting the organization form of a limited partnership, broadening the channels for the source of private equity funds, improve the quality of China’s private equity funds management team and perfect our private equity investment fund exit ways such as ways to develop the private equity investment fund in our country, the hope can provide some help to the development of the private equity investment fund in our country.
