Medium and small-sized enterprises have greatly positive effect on the economy of China. However, the difficulties of processing financing they confront badly hamper the development of them. In order to support the development of SMEs, wo must do something to solve the problems of financing, thus, it has great theoretical and practical sense.This paper regards SMEs as researching objects, Based on the scientific definition of SMEs and according to the actual characteristics, this paper analyses the problems existing in the system of SMEs financing and government supporting. What' more, aiming at relationships among enterprises, banks and governments, this paper brings forward practical strategies and suggestions to solve the financing problems for SMEs. Further, this paper points we should learn about other countries' experiences and our SMEs should participate international economic cooperation to gain more overseas capital.There are three parts of this paper.
