The perfection of inclusive financial system is the only way to build a well off society, and micro credit is an important part of inclusive financial system. Si nce the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, to solve the pr oblem of farmers financing difficulty is the focus of rural work. Since micro cred it technology and the model has been introduced to China, through the promotion of formal financial institutions and non-formal financial institutions, It has been widely recognized in China’s rural areas, its role in eradicating poverty and raisin g the income of farmers has also been affirmed. After decades of development, in the domestic and foreign countries, there have been many successful microfinanc e development cases, for example, The Grameen Bank of Bangladesh, Indonesia p eople’s Bank of microfinance. The successful practice of these microcredit provide s a valuable experience for our country to explore and develop their own microfi nance business. From a practical point of view, China’s rural micro credit business has played an important role in helping to improve the quality of life of income groups,But there is still a problem of the demand for the supply of microfinance, affecting the role of micro credit in improving the income of farmers. In view o f this situation, research on the supply and demand of rural micro credit in China has important significance for the further development of microfinance.This paper mainly consists of six parts. The first part introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the study, and the literature review; The second part introduces the relevant theory, focusing on the theory of micro cr edit, inclusive financial theory and the relation between them; The third part focus es on the analysis of the demand, the main body and the characteristics of the ru ral household micro credit in China, and analyze the current situation of supply d emand equilibrium, using the Godwin Smith financial economic theory to estimate the needs of rural credit, from the loan amount and loan structure analysis situati on micro finance imbalance; The fourth part analyzes the reasons of the imbalanc e of the demand for the supply of microfinance, from the cost income, the rural capital outflow, the credit supply, the peasant household credit demand analysis th e reason of imbalance; The fifth part introduces the two domestic and foreign suc cessful microfinance development model, including the Taiwan area of agricultural credit guarantee system and the people’s Bank of Indonesia microfinance Depart ment, through the analysis, we can draw lessons from the development of microfi nance in China; The sixth part puts forward some suggestions on how to realize t he balanced development of microfinance, including guiding the return of rural fu nds, promoting land equity mortgage financing, innovation, the establishment of a credit guarantee system, combining with the construction of an inclusive financial system, promote agricultural insurance and microfinance with the development.
