| China is a large agricultural country where the rural population occupies most. How to increase the income of rural population has become the core question in building the new socialism countryside. The microcredit is a new way, which can effectively promote the employment and income of farmers through providing the financial service. After more than ten years, the microcredit of our country has got remarkable impact in alleviating the the fund supply and demand contradiction of rural finance market, improving the state of operation of the rural financial company, and enhancing the income of rural population. But up to present, the microcredit can not satisfy the request of the socio-economic development. So it should be developed further. Base on definitions, characteristics, theoretical basis and research development process of microcredit,we analyze the supply and demand of rural's microcredit in underdeveloped areas through taking Suqian city as the example,the impacting factors, and propose some policy suggestions.Based on background of the development of the rural economic and rural financial in Suqian,with a lot of Survey data, the thesis analyzes the development status of rural's microcredit, and knows the supply and the demand of rural microcredit in Suqian.Also we find that the rural credit cooperatives provide the microcredit most in Suqian,its microcredit has had a positive effect on farmers, and achieved great success. However, in the course of its development there are some problems,such as the phenomenons of some needs can not be met or supply mismatches demand. By analyzing the problems in development of rural credit cooperatives' microcredit,it was found to be constrainted by rural credit cooperatives' factors and other external factors, etc. To settle these constraints, we propose the suggestions for the development of rural microcredit in underdeveloped areas.The main framework is as follows:the 1st chapter is an introduction. which mainly introduces the literature summarizes, the research technique, the innovation and the insufficiency as well as the article structure arrangement. The 2nd chapter is the contents and theories of the microcredit. First it mainly elaborate the definitions and characteristics of microcredit, and then gives a brief introduction and comments for microcredit's theories.The 3rd chapter analyzes the development of rural microcredit in underdeveloped areas. The chapter is divided into three parts:the first part introduces the development process of rural microcredit; The second part is background analysis, including the development of rural economic and financial analysis in Suqian; From two aspects of demand and supply,the third part analyzes the development of Suqian's rural microcredit.The 4th chapter analyzes the impacting factors of rural microcredit. As the largest provider in microcredit market, rural credit cooperatives'microcredit faced constraints in its'development. This chapter is to analyze these constraints.The 5th chapter is the conclusions and suggestions. |
