The Global Financial Crisis happened on 2008 beget a profound influence on the development of foreign trade. With the development of economic globalization, the economic development in China also facing with the reality of slow down. How can we explore new directions for foreign trade and economic growth under the volatility and uncertainty background is the most urgent issues now.” Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’(i.e.’B-T-H’) region is the most potential area in China. Not only for the excellent geographical location and the infrastructure, but also for the foreign trade development in the region has a up-trend. There are theoretical and practical significance to study the foreign trade development and economic growth in ‘B-T- H” region.On the beginning of this paper, I firstly analyzes the background of the trade and economic development of “B-T-H”, expounds the practical significance of this research;Then, make a review of the economic growth theory and international trade theory. Under the premise of these theories, this paper selects the “B-T-H” region as the research object and discuses the relationship between the foreign trade and economic growth in this area.Firstly, through the comparison of the “B-T-H” regional economic development, that the development of the Yangtze River Delta has a reference for the “B-T-H” region, the coordinated development of regional economic development in China have an important significance; Secondly, through empirical analysis,explore the current economic situation and policy advantages(nearly 15 years of export trade, import trade), and the mechanism of the “B-T-H”region influence of foreign trade on economic growth and the impact;Finally, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote economic growth.Especially the “B-T-H”regional.
