A Study On The Regional Externality Of Industrial Transfer In Wenshan Prefecture

A region industry development is the factors to support the region economic development that can not be ignored, the more complete the elements of an industry and the higher quality,the more quickly the development of industry economy. Based on industrial economic,industry development promotes the economic development of the whole area. In the industry pattern of economic development,industrial transfer and undertake industrial transfer is appearing gradually in domestic area, especially from the east to the western region. So the subject of undertaking industrial transfer is more and more getting the attention of scholars and becoming the new research highlight. In such circumstance, the smaller region also sees the benefits of undertaking industrial transfer. The undertaking region with the advantage and condition will introduce the industry with development potential and let it become the new methods of driving the regional economic development. While from different angles,what economic impact undertaking industrial transfer is taking or what positive and negative influence undertaking industrial transfer is bringing is a problem worthy of study.Firstly,according to the experience research and empirical research of the scholars, this paper outlines the system framework regional external effect of undertaking industrial transfer in the third chapter;the fourth chapter analyzed natural conditions,human resources and location advantages of Wenshan, especially the current situation of undertaking industrial transfer which includes the industrial structure,the trend of Wenshan undertaking industrial transfer quantity and economic increase to see the necessity of undertaking industrial transfer and imperfections; in the fifth chapter,the specific areas outside effect of Wenshan undertaking industrial transfer is putted forward, the indicator system of Wenshan undertaking industrial selection is also proposed based on the condition of undertaking industrial transfer. Finally, the international measure of undertaking industrial transfer areas outside effect is rose which includes the internalization of positive measures and the internalization negative measures.The core part of the article mainly have the following several conclusion:from the aspects of Wenshan undertaking industrial transfer of analysis,the trend line of the relationship between Wenshan undertaking industrial transfer and gross two indicator is obtained which explains that the economic measure of undertaking industrial transfer has a role which cannot be ignored to economic of Wenshan. Regional externalities of Wenshan undertaking industrial transfer has the conclusion that undertaking industrial transfer made the industrialized state higher,promoted employment scale of the whole Wenshan,pulled and promoted the development of relevant industries,update the concept of undertaking industrial transfer pulling economic growth and effecting the negative effect which cannot be ignored; it analysis advantage industry of the first industry,the second industry and the third industry on using the method of measuring. Combined with specific positive and negative benefits internalization measure are presented which provides the reference to undertaking industrial transfer of other regions of Yunnan province.
