In the current economy market, credit has become a common means to the companies in competition in the market. Because the measures of enterprise credit internal controls improvable at this stage, the companies are often faced with the situation where the credit receivables can not be recovered. It can make huge economic losses and will be a big problem in the future. In response to this situation, I uses combination methods of the standard research and case analysis. First,I collected the actual data related to credit services of LD companies. And then, I range these data and analysis it detailed. From the perspective of the five elements of internal control departure, I found that LD credit business internal control problems and give some advice to the film to improve the level of credit business internal control measures:to make scientific development strategy:to instruct employees to be more expertise and moral; to establish rigorous credit processes and clearing lines of responsibility between the organizations; to set up a special department to assess the risk and uniform standards of credit assessment; to improve credit control of credit objects; to enhance the quality tracking analysis of credit payment; to strengthen control of the receivables link; to improve bad debts preparation system; to improve performance appraisal standards; to strengthen communication of credit business; to enhance inspection, supervision of credit business; to give attention to feedback information on credit operations internal control. The conclusion is that only when film strengthen and improve their internal credit control, can it avoid their receivables becomes doubtful accounts and bad debts. In this way,credit can bring benefits to the enterprise.
