Study On Evaluation Of Government Regulation Efficiency Of Oil And Gas Industry

Oil and gas industry is one of the world’s largest energy industry, has now become one of the most important modern society economy development. Research shows that:currently, the vast majority of countries in the world for oil and gas industry are made directly by the government to "regulation" management model, the determination of the effects of government regulation and the ability to become the main measure of the government’s policy strength. Research shows that:government supervision effectiveness evaluation in China started late, small coverage, in addition to economic, public regulation field research in other areas is very less, is still in the initial stage. Many scholars put forwards:the current our country government supervision effectiveness evaluation from system, mechanism, specifications, to establish a universal system of performance evaluation of government regulation.This paper on the government regulation efficiency of oil and gas industry related concepts and theory; Combined with the actual oil and gas industry in China comb, government regulators and responsibilities related to the problems existing in the government regulation of oil and gas industry in China are put forward. Then proposed by applying the method of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) government internal management and external supervision effectiveness evaluation index system of two dimensions, optimize the index system of processing and validity test, provide a scientific assessment tools for the government supervision effectiveness; And by using the principle of the compatible matrix to determine the index weight, use of general fuzzy evaluation method and the intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct government supervision effectiveness evaluation model of oil and gas industry. Finally through the survey data and literature research to empirical research on government supervision effectiveness of oil and gas industry in China. And feasible Suggestions are put forward on the current government regulation of oil and gas industry in China.
