Since the21st century, China’s accession to WTO to China’s opening up and economic development to a new stage of development, but also to achieve the critical period of our economic system and the fundamental transformation of economic growth mode, for enterprises, is an opportunity, it is a challenge.According to hospital prospective industry released "Chinese wine industry monthly market monitoring and analysis report" shows that in2013the entire liquor industry high-end liquor sales fell37.75percent, while the low-end liquor sales rose by18.31%. Throughout the development of the industry in the first half of2014, continued to show a sustained trend. Since the second half of2012, due to Prohibition, Excellencies consumer policy tightening and other macro-policy factors, the high-end liquor market suffered a collective dismal market, low-end liquor market more rigid demand-driven, it has increased, liquor industry into a deep adjustment.In this economic development opportunities, but also the depth of the adjustment period the liquor industry, Luzhou Laojiao Dianchi Trading Company (Dianchi Corporation) as in Yunnan Luzhou Laojiao brand and core product delivery platform, relying on what the organization thought and operational mechanisms to meet the more intense market competition, talent competition and institutional competition, so that enterprises towards a new level, which is the most critical and most important question, therefore, strengthen the research company’s development strategy, scientifically formulated company development strategy, meaning the company to further improve the business development strategy, promoting the implementation of the strategy to promote enterprise development, is very important.In this paper, empirical analysis in the study, normative analysis, literature review, market survey research methods and other systems, the status of the development of Dianhi companiy were analyzed, pointing out the existing problems and causes the company aims to development status of Dianhi companiy with the current internal and external environment as the basis for corporate strategic management theory as a guide, combined with the current developments and changes in the liquor industry, the company’s analysis of the development environment, analyzing the company’s competitiveness, referring to professional research institutions on the macroeconomic situation forecasts, prospects liquor industry analysis to combine theory and practice, the use of PEST and SWOT analysis model, the development strategy of the company’s current system were analyzed, summarized Dianchi company has strengths and weaknesses, in order to determine the company’s overall strategic positioning, the company presented the new era of strategic development planning and implementation of specific safeguards.
