Current Situation, Problems And Suggestions Of China Mobile Financial Centralized Management

Nowadays, as a result of the globalization of economics, the international competition among enterprise groups is becoming fiercer than ever before. Many Chinese business groups are confronting even bigger challenges and opportunities. We all know that the financial control of many big corporations is very essential for them to control their members. The financial control, which is the core part of the inner financial management of enterprise groups, can ensure the corporations’daily business work and their further strategic development.Enterprise group financial governance is the core of corporate governance to a certain extent.
