| The energy structure in Dali city is given priority to coal while natural gas market is still blank."Introduction of Burma’s gas resources cooperation project", signed by the two governments, has provided good opportunity for Dali’s development of city clean gas project of substitute coal and oil for gas. The newly-built pipeline will pass through Dali city. And there will be a gas distribution station setting in Dali city. Dali city has the external conditions of natural gas usage, therefore it is imperative to carry out the gas utilization project. According to the regulations of the state, that for all construction projects, project feasibility study analysis must be applied to ensure the correctness of the project investment decision.In this paper, the Dali gas utilization project is regarded as research object. Based on factors such as natural gas sources, market structure of Dali, gas supply scope, the project including station, pipe network and general engineering parts are designed. Combined with investment estimation and financial analysis, feasibility research of Dali gas utilization project is conducted. Later on is project is evaluated through the study of engineering feasibility, technical feasibility, financial feasibility and investment risk, and many other aspects. And finally the feasibility of the Dali gas utilization project is verified. Meanwhile, a final plan and some project proposal has been put forward. |
