Research On The Influence Of Social Responsibility Of Vanke Group On Financial Risks

In recent years,the expansion of the real estate industry makes the industry internal moralcrisis,credit crisis,adverse selection and other bad behavior,such as Jerry,delayed,breach ofcontract,tax evasion and other negative behavior.Can the real estate companies achieve theshareholders,employees,consumers,the environment,the public and other stakeholders’compound interest,and achieve the economic benefits,enhance the social interests,maintainharmonious benefit optimization,is an important subject of corporate social responsibilitystandard.The real estate industry should actively undertake the social responsibility in order toreduce the external transaction costs, improve the financial management of enterpriseperformance, reduce the financial risks of enterprise, which has been widely accepted byscholars at home and abroad.
