Research On Emotional Management Of Scientific Research Staff In Military Field

Military field research test is an integral part of the life cycle of the military equipment. Therefore, its confidentiality differs from other projects. As a result, all the field sites will be located at isolated areas, such as confidential military bases, Gobi deserts, and the ocean. Such isolated working environments give rise to mental problems of the employees. Depression and anxious along with Physiological symptoms affects the tests. Currently, researchers are younger with less psychological frustration tolerance. This becomes a serious problem when conducting the Military field research test.Zeng guofan says:to manage people, relationship comes first, interest next and constraints come last. Studying the management of the mentality is vital to the Military field research test, since it can find out the negative emotions and implement psychological intervention timely, which contributes to the process of research tests.Hence, this paper systematically concludes the previous literature on this area and explores the theoretical background of the topics on cognitive psychology based on people’s reaction to external events. Via questionnaire investigation, this thesis reveals the relationship between the emotions and reactions. The author also collects the expectations on how to improve the organization from employees, which provides basis for emotion analysis.This paper proposes an emotion management model based on the features of military research tests and the theoretical background of brain psychological mechanism. Besides, improvements of organizational structures are listed and the establishment of database for emotional data is proposed. Both of them complete the emotion model and make the model self-improvement. This model can be used as a new tool to manage the emotions of employees in the military research organizations.
